The CADC has a Virtual Reality Centre with a 12ft high curved, cylindrical screen and three DLP (digital light processor) projectors for viewing virtual reality presentations in 3D; Creative Multimedia Lab with a server farm, storage area network, computer hardware and audio-visual equipment; and a High Performance Computing facility featuring an SGI Onyx 3800 computer for handling complex 3D computer animations.
