(OTC:SGID) today announced a strategic partnership to deliver enterprise business continuity. The enhanced offerings are targeted at new and existing enterprise customers, as well as high-performance users and government entities. This high availability solution will allow organizations to consolidate Network Attached Storage (NAS) or tiered storage for improved data lifecycle management and expanded data protection, including disaster recovery and business continuity.
This agreement further enhances BakBone’s continued leadership position in providing customers industry-leading data protection solutions for Linux(R) environments. With the expanded relationship, SGI will resell BakBone’s NetVault(R): Replicator worldwide as part of an integrated high availability and disaster recovery solution for greater protection against application downtime and data loss.
